Well, there is sort of a way to do it. It really depends on your phone though. If you have a phone that can use a memory card (verizon's got a few of these, i don't know about the rest) then you can just figure out the format that the ringtones on your phone are (should be in your phone's manual) and put some songs that you want as ringtones on your memory card in that format and voila. It's different for each phone though, if you say what phone you have i might be able to give you further instructions

where you can make a ringtone of any song you want really easy and the first one is completely free. You dont have a credit card or anything. You dont need cables or bluetooth either. Its fun and really easy.

on your computer go to ringtonenation.com It's the best that I've found. If you have internet on your cell you can go to this site and fun.
