They have a password protected forum where you can submit your work for critique. From my experience, the critiques are in-depth and insightful, rather than just a simple, "Yes, I liked it" or "No, I didn't." Many of the members are published authors and can give you helpful pointers for improvement.
As always, you should keep in mind the possibility that your ideas could be stolen whenever you share your work in an online community.
