Just type the recipants' address into the BCC box

Put all the address in the BCC section of your email. If you don't see it right away and you use any form of Outlook click on the To: button and you will see the BCC section. This stands for Blind Courtesy Copy.

When you send it people, instead of putting their e-mail address in the To: or CC: fields, place them all in the BCC field - this is "Blind Carbon Copy" and no email address entered in this field will be seen by any other person.

use the BCC for everyone else. BCC means blind carbon copy. CC is carbon copy. So put one person in the TO: spot and everyone else under BCC>
