Put all the address in the BCC section of your email. If you don't see it right away and you use any form of Outlook click on the To: button and you will see the BCC section. This stands for Blind Courtesy Copy.

When you send it people, instead of putting their e-mail address in the To: or CC: fields, place them all in the BCC field - this is "Blind Carbon Copy" and no email address entered in this field will be seen by any other person.
