My tv, Dura brand has a blue screen and it says No Signal, HELP!?

Make sure the antenna or cable TV cable is connected. Run through the channel setup routine.

Gonna need more information. Do you have cable, antenna, satellite? If you have just an antenna and it is hooked up then you need to go into the setup or menu of the television and set it to antenna not cable tv.
