I am currently an avon representative and I want to become an e-representative instead. How would I make money that way since I wouldn't be actually collecting the money? I don't want to do both. I just want to do the e-rep.

Mrs. Pink is right, but you will only get 20% earnings if you are just an erep only. It's true that you don't have to deliver orders, but you also don't make a full commission.

Customers can order 1 of 2 ways:

customer-delivery - they order online, you get the order, then you deliver and you get your full commission

direct-delivery - the order will be shipped directly to the customer and you only receive 20% in commission no matter their order size.

I think they would either send you a check or credit or direct deposit. Call the Avon Service number
If you only do e-rep its 8 50 every 2 weeks and you only get 20% profit

Im an e-rep. people will place there orderes online and also pay. avon then mails the product to the customer and credits you with the sale. once a month avon will mail you a check. you have to set up your page as mail out only so you dont recieve orders from people expecting you to deliver products to thier house. Me personally, I have many clients that I dont know so I dont take checks.

I think the 2nd answer is alright. Just have them send you the check-do you deliver the items bought or are they shipped to the buyer? If you deliver just collect the money then-I know thats not what you want to do-just a suggestion. Good luck!!

while it's true we make only 20% profit, we can sell to many other people that we cannot reach in our district. i have been hesitant to set up a website and just have. since it's inseption, i have had 19 orders and that is more than i sell to face to face now! it might just be first-timers luck but it works. the fact that the company gives us 4 campaigns for free if we service just one customer is a help.
as for payment, make sure that they give their credit card #. too many times i've been screwed by bad checks!

I found the easiest way is to just get a credit. Just make sure they get it right.
