He eats very healthy most of the time and works out daily by walking and drinks alot of water. He is a very strong kid and we are afraid he is over weight and dont want him to be. Please Help!

he sounds a little chubby, but not too bad. When I was 5 ft 11 at age 14, I ws about 165. Now I am 26, 6' 3'', 235 lbs. How much muscle does he have?

Ok, what decides whether the person is overweight, underweight, normal or obese is what is called Body Mass Index (BMI), it relates height to weight considering sex (males are different than females).
You can calculate this easily if i gave you the equation, but I'm afraid i only know it in Kgs and Meters so I'll give you a link, check it, enter the required data of your b/f including age too and click calculate, it will give you the result instantly.

he is over weight. but only by a few pounds. dont worry about it. Its just an average of what docs think you should weigh. it depends on family history and stuff. besides its only a few pounds(2-4 pounds)

yes because i'm 6'2 in a half and our average weight is suppost to be 200 but that's only if your a teen i think i'm 18

sounds like hes really muscular, muscle weighs more then fat, tell him dont rely on the scale look in the mirror and dont pick out little things about himself he doesnt like, be positive.
