I thought most people here were in UK, but judging by some of the answers on other questions I think we are a giant melting pot of cultures!

I am writing this to you from a very comfortable and cozy bedroom/computer/office in South Portland, Maine, U.S.A. where it is a beautiful, crisp, cool autumn night with stars overhead and the smell of a wood fire wafting over my head as I slowly get ready to call it a day. The sun was out all day long on brilliantly coloured autumn leaves of bright crimsons and scarlets and fiery oranges and screaming yellows and golds of the season. It is my favourite time of year. "There is something about autumn that is native to my blood!" Here, it's "Peace in the Valley." Everyone is in his little trundle bed, sound asleep already. It is the little village where everyone is tucked in and okay. That is what is happening right here, tonight. Four miles away, I can hear the traffic on the interstate.
