when it is "that time" i could wear baggy clothes and they feel really tight, i am also on the wrestling team and how am i gonna practice when it is that time? let alone go to meets in a singlet?

Bloating sucks, doesn't it? I was b!tching about gaining four pounds during my period, and my friend told me to shut it. Apparently, she bloats up ten. Yuck. Anyway, avoiding things like caffeine and salt may help with that, along with drinking lots of water. As for wrestling, I'd just go with tampons if I were you. Double up with a pantiliner if you're worried about leaks.
