Yes, especially when I'm laying in bed and look up and see a spider on the ceiling right above me. Last week I saw one there and it started descending towards me....that was a terrifying experience!!

Of course. I am scared my house might burn down some day. I'm scared I might die in a car accident because there are so many stupid losers who drive like maniacs on the road. I'm scared my husband, who I love dearly, might die and leave me alone. I'm scared I might end up with cancer because it runs in my family. I'm scared a meteor might hit the earth at any time. I 'm scared global warming is going to be the demise of us all.
But, life goes on. I face my fears, and live my life one day at a time, living each day to the fullest, because any day could be my last.
I'm happy, healthy, all my limbs, can see, hear, walk, talk. We have a house, a car, food on the table. I'm very grateful for what I have.
