15.7 cm is the depth( how deep into the body the depth was set at when they took that picture). US waves are measured in mega hertz or Mhz. It is usually 3 Mhz. I think the area of the picture you were looking at had all the technical ultrasound garb that only techs understand.

I think it's some kind of measure of how big the "frame" of the ultrasound is... to give some perspective on how big the baby is inside that area.

I think the 30hz is the frequency of the sound waves. 30hz is pretty low. I refered to my past ultrasounds and one said 8.3cm and 26hz.

the 15.7 centimeters is how long the child is, and the 30hz is the level that they scanned the baby on to get a better look at him/her.
