Well she 13 so I can see why she's flirty. She real doesn't need to have a boyfriend if she going to act that way. Who wants a boyfriend at 13 anyway, I always liked being free to flirt!

She is also so afraid of being alone that she is making sure she has a backup plan in case her present boyfriend decides to bail out. Some girls are just that way.. I don't think they mean anything by it, and most are really innocent at heart, they just found this new 'power' they have, and want to play with it awhile. I'm sure it is irritating..I'm kind of a stiff shirt myself..I mean, serious minded, whatever..lol Try not to let it bother you, as long as she doesn't get in over her head. Maybe you can be like a guardian angel to her if she is worthy.
