If you do not have a snake try using a fish aquarium pump and line down the drain hole. IT worked for me.

If you have a pipe running down into a small pump, you should check to see if the pump is full. It should not be, make sure it has power(usually 115v) If so, make sure tubing coming OFF of pump is clear of debris. Any toilet bowl cleaner safe on pvc works great.

go to the hardware store and ask for a " snake " which is a thick wire like thing.
There should be a water drip pan,the drain line is clogged.
Put the snake inside the drain, water shoul\d start coming out.
Slime builds up and clogges the line.

it's mostly green slime Clorox will work... most a/c guys used to use freon ( the most convenient thing that acted like compressed air) till it got to expensive!
If you can open door & find origin ( drain hole), & cover the vent hole if you have one. also main tain w/ clorox.!
