A friend of mine visited there and said it was great. I'm thinking of moving, and am considering Eagan, MN. Any input from Eagan residents, or anyone who have visited there would be greatly appreciated !

Not in Eagan, but about 10 minutes away from there. Suburbs of St. Paul are probably the best to live in central Minnesota. I've lived here my entire life and I am very happy!

Minnesota is peaceful and tranquil, the further you get away from the cities. Been thru Eagan a million times...but living in WI and being a truck driver and going west, majority of the time...been there, done that. Lots to offer in the Twin Cities area. Not a bad choice, my friend, unless you don't like cold and long days of winter? It's here! High today was 41 degrees Brrrrr!

I lived there for 5 years (just left one year ago). Eagan is a great town, very accessable to the airport. Decent schools and some of the lower taxes in Minneapolis/St. Paul.

Make sure you live away from the airport traffic, the southeast side of town is the best for that.

You will like it there, the people are nice.
