~2 weeks prior to my period I basically can eat everything and anything and still not be able to feel full (leading of course to weight gain). Once my period starts I return to normal eating habits until the next cycle starts (I am on the pill - Ortho tri-cyclen lo). I was wondering if anyone had any advice about what to do or anything that I could try to stop this madness!!!

Well since you know this happens before your next period when you get cravings chew peppermint gum and drink water. Chewing gum works best makes your body think its full

Try taking a warm bath, or place something hot in ur stomach where u have the most pain and turn off the ligth,radio,tv etc....
