Mystic rain.....Before you start talking mess about other's intelligence, maybe you should check your own. I'd begin by spelling out "you". You are either uneducated about the Kelly's behavior or you maybe you are just deluded. Selective reading or watching much? Oh and that whole Mickey Mouse, Star Search reference isn't a good argument. No, those people don't thank those shows, HOWEVER, they also didn't prevent American Idol contestants from using thier songs. And THEY are big stars. She isn't quite in their league yet. She is totally ungrateful.
Why is it that if a person has something negative to say about someone suddenly they are "jealous"? Lol! I guess when that's the only defense you have.....use it right?
Don't get me wrong, I WAS a fan, but after the whole AI thing, my opinion totally changed.

I think this was just confusion or overreaction to the fact that Kelly or her record co. people do not grant license to any others for her songs. And therefore, people pointed out the fact that AI fell into that category of not being able to obtain a license. This concept was never a clear statement made by Kelly or her people saying specifically that AI could not use her material.
After this hullabaloo, KC specifically stated that she is ok with AI using her songs:
UPDATE: According to VH1, a Kelly Clarkson spokesperson now says ""Kelly Clarkson was happy to hear her song 'Since U Been Gone' on American Idol last night. As far as she is concerned, there is no conflict between her and the TV show. She intended all along to license additional material to the show and will do so when asked and within reason."

And for my own benefit, she seems very down to earth to me. Most mainstream artists rarely if ever come to a platform near the rear of the audience to sing their most popular song - and she did it, with flair, in her Addicted tour.
As for her rear being fat, I don't think it is. It looks very normal and average to me. The idea that Kelly's butt is fat is what is wrong with the female image today, and more importantly, females' self images.

How can u say that about someone u dont even know. Ure so dumb and stupid. Kelly has never dissed American Idol nor has she ever said anything bad about the show. U dont know what the heck ure talking about. Kelly isnt a ***** either. She nice to her fans and down to earth and takes the timeout to take picutres with her fans and sign autographs. Kelly Clarkson hasnt forgot where she came from. Plenty of stars have gotten their start in the entertaimnent industry on talent shows like Star Search etc.. Britney Spears, Christina Aguilera. Justin Timberlake, Usher etc... When they won their grammies did they thank Star Search for giving them their start. NO they didnt thank Star Seach or the Mickey Mouse club for giving them their start in the music industry. No one made a big deal out of it. U should check your information first before u make stupid assumptions about something u dont know what your talking about.

I love Kelly Clarkson and she is VERY talented. I don't blame her for getting away from Simon on American Idol. He is all about making money from new and upcoming singers, because they will take less money for a contract than someone more established. She has earned her own status with her abilities and obvious hard work.

i think she's talented. i've never really been a fan of hers though...
i do agree with you, i think it's not right how she wont let American Idol contestants use her songs. she should be humble and be a good role model to those contestants.
she's a good example of a diva. don't worry she'll soon fade out of the lime light when someone new and better and NICER comes to win American Idol. heheh!

I liked her during American Idol, but now I think that she is a total poser. I hate her music and the way she dresses and acts. I guess being a celeb changes people.... Not always in good ways.

I do not like her songs. Her voice has changed since AI.
She went all blonde on me, showing that she is fake fak FAKE.
She has gotten really chubby. I have nothing against chubby people, but come on.
She needs to get rid of that southern drawl before I shoot her.
AI is so dumb, and if you needed a reality show like that, FAKE, to get famous, you are even lame-r than Flava-Flav.

i know how you feel. she is such an idiot. I can't stand her anymore. I used to love her songs but after some stuff she has done I just don't like her. And, her boyfriend suits her too (Ryan Key, from Yellowcard...no they are not JUST fRIENDS) All my friends who met him say he was such an a hole so hey perfect match, eh?

yeah but AI didn't stand up for her when a certain ethnic background claimed that she didn't really win and that it was rigged....the girl made it and every song she has is a hit...like her or forget her...
