I think it is more like 96%, and yes I agree with you may be we should ask for a special category that only requires this answer. How ever After being slapped on the hand for my ask them answer, I have come to realize there some very timid or less than knowledgeable people that in fact are in their mind are asking a very serious question, and have to force my self to be less judgmental, but some times I just have to sign off
