You could dress him as daisy duke...or dress him as Miss California or whatever state you live in. A bride or Marie Antoinette. Be creative and have fun!

Get a frilly dress at a secondhand shop with lacy socks and white canvas shoes...maybe add a little hat and definitely a handbag!

How old is he?
If he's a small child then try some makeup and uhh I guess something with floral print.
If he's somewhere between the ages of seven and ten then let him decide.
If he's any older then learn to love and accept him is my only advice.
