How can I select ONLY the programs i WANT , when starting my my PC? 10 points & my gratitude !! Thank-You!

This startup manager has something more: shows the programs which are required and which not. You can download it here. Oh, it's free of course.

msconfig works but it really sucks. Download Spybot Search and Destroy from http://www.safer-networking.org/en/mirrors/index.html
it has a startup manager under the advanced mode options that will not only enable and disable startup items it will usually tell you what the startup entry actually does.

Select Start, Run, and type msconfig and press enter. The tab you want is the Startup.
