My daughter 9y/o was taken away because I didn't have the money to fight back in court. I was told the parent had the most money usually wins custody. I had good evidence against the father, but the judge refused to see it.

It is unusual that the mother is not given custody or joint custody is the decision.

Judges do not like to make decisions that can be overturned in appeal. What evidence did you have? What was the reason the Judge did not review it?

What did your husband present to the Court about you? What did the social services report say? Do you get visitation?

You have the right, of course, to appeal or to reopen the matter at a later date.

If you just want to complain about the Judge, check to see if the Judge is elected or appointed. If elected, campaign against him. Judges are governed by the Supreme Court in your area and/or Disciplinary Committee.
