If playing conditions become unsatisfactory due to loss of adequate lighting the referee may declare the game suspended or complete?

If the lights go out in a rink, it would become unsafe (more unsafe) than normal. The game would most likely be delayed or postponed. The only other time they would have the game still go, is if the refs said so. if you were playing outside, u would probably still keep playing.

I've been involved in games where the lights blew and the game was stopped and the score held (we lost). That was the rule in place in our league.
