The Thing would win, because Ben Grimm can think not just use brute strength. But this would also depend on if : the intelligent Hulk (Bruce Banner) or the Brute Hulk (Smash Stuff).

Hulk - More brute strength, but depending on form, dumb as a rock, also much larger.
Thing - Extremely strong, but also smart enough to think strategically.
My money would be on The Thing.

obviosly it would be the hulk. Have you seen the movie the hulk gets bigger and stronger the madder he gets and the thing just stays the same size and strenght. I guess this would really matter on how mad the hulk is on if he would win or not. I do have to say green skin is really intimidating.
