I prefer to read a book to learn things and wondered which one would be best. I am a runner trying to work in some endurance swim workouts.

not entirely sure. I'm sure there is, but you might want to see if you can get one with plastic pages... ;-)

There are several at Amazon.com. Just type "swimming" in the search line. It brings up lots of great books, some for pleasure, some for fitness. Lots of good choices. Find what you want on Amazon.com and remember that you get free shipping for any order over 25 dollars.....or.....pick a book, then go to Ebay to see if you can get it cheaper.

Also! Don't forget to check my wish list while you are there in case you need to buy another item for free shipping!!!!

What Tockers said...I ♥ Amazon.com and have a l'il Wish List set up too. Free shipping if you spend $25. You can search for books and even read the first few pages to see if you like them. Good luck!

Try "Swimming Fast". It is written by a NCAA head coach. Arizona I think. Name starts with a "M".
