how eath's rotation cause it to have the shape of a oblate spheroid?

Hi Earth has this shape to be sure, but look at a photo of Jupiter. About a 10 hour rotation and a HUGE equator. The equatorial bulge is visible to the eye in a telescope. Earth being mostly solid has a much less distinctive bulge.
