The only thing I know for sure is that there's no sure-fire cure for hiccups. But I do know of one that works a great deal of the time:
Lay down on the floor on your back, completely flat.
That's it. Works for me about 90% of the time. Surprisingly simple, I know, but hey, if it works then who cares :-)

yes. Plug both ears with ur fingers completely and breathe through ur nostrils with ur mounth closed for 20 seconds. Do not breathe through ur mouth at all for those 20 seconds. Hiccups gone.

Put a pinch of sugar on your tounge, and drink 9 big sips of water without stopping. Works like a charm.

here is one that I have has success with....kind of a twist on the old "scare it out of them"....Accuse the person with hiccups of something horrible that you know they did not do...wait one minute and tell the truth...

dont think there is one.....since u get hiccups from swallowing too much air when u drink or eat something...thats what i was told anyway

i used to bartend. i learned this from a fellow bartender: take a lemon slice dip it in sugar and add a few drops of bitters.
you can skip the sugar, but then it is a little too nasty

don't know if there really is......... some things work for some others work for them........ i was told it was caused by air getting lodged..... try swolling water, hold your breath, breath into a paper bag,sugar, sours,just what ever works for U. you may have to experiment on your own
