what was the name of the cat in the 1990 Angelica Huston movie "The Witches"?

in the 1990 movie "The Witches" star Angelica Huston' character (The Grand High Witch) had a black cat with her...i know how to say the cat's name, but not how to spell it...the black cat that almost gets the mouse (Luke) when he goes to get the potion...

i think i means "Sweetheart" in German or something...
