Too many kids wear their belts around their knees and I wonder if they understand what it means. Do we really want our children idolizing drug dealing hustlers and pimps?

their punks that's why...think it's cute when in reality they look like clowns....good parents will reinforce the proper way of dressing....and it's not with your boxers puffing out. The day my son would try to dress like that I would humiliate him so bad in public by pulling his pants down he would never do it again

You are racist. Are you telling me that White boys can't be drug dealers, or that only Black or Mexican drug dealing hustlers and pimps sag their pants? In fact, I highly doubt a true pimp would ever sag their pants. And there are White pimps, hustlers, and drug dealers.

Furthermore, sagging their pants is very popular in the punk rock scene, and sported by many bands. And we all know rock music is the White boy scene.

I don't think YOU really understand what it means.. It's just a fashion trend among not only the hip hop scene, but also the rave scene and punk rock scene... It's a style worn by various cultures and many races. And just because a White boy is sagging his pants does not mean they are idolizing drug dealers, hustlers, and pimps. And just because a black kid wears it don't mean **** either...

It's FASHION! That's all it is.. Ugly fashion? Yes. But nothing more than that.

I understand. . .and just because the trend started somewhere, doesn't mean that people who dress that way are idoling drug dealing hustlers and pimps. Did you know the history behind wearing blue jeans? Does that mean people who wear jeans are thinking about (or idolizing) the poor sharecroppers of the 1930's south?

One of my sons tried wearing his pants like that, When he was 14 I gave him money and let him go shopping for his school clothes. When I saw what he bought I was pretty upset. He insisted he would wear them whether I liked the style or not. Well I had to prove to him I was still the boss. Just as his alarm went off the next morning, I was waiting. I had put all those new pants in a pile outside and when I heard him going to the kitchen I lit the things on fire!he's grown now and still laughs about it!

Was that a question? If you are trying to reach people who already know the answer, I suppose it was worth asking but...I don't know what the sag means and I am not sure you do either. Are white boys supposed to answer or people who know white boys, or people who laugh at white boys or non-white boys?
