hi does any one know how to make home made scented candle tarts

You have buy tart moulds,

Keep water in pan and let it come to boil, then pour hard white wax in aluminium cooking pan. keep the wax container over water and you will see the hard wax starts melting once done, remove and add colour, fragrance of your choice and put wick. Do grease the moulds b4 pouring wax.

unmould after 6-8 hours

u can buy small candle makeing kits at most craft stores and hobbie stores and can buy tart tins at the grocery store

for vanilla, try melting crayons and adding some vanilla extract. never tried it myself, but i've heard it works.
