Which is the better next-gen console? The PS3, the Nintendo Wii, or the XBOX 360 and why?

All are decent systems in their own right but, while I'm personally purchasing a ps3 first, this is what I reccomend to the average consumer (if you can only buy one skip to the bottom):
1. Buy the Wii first, it is guarrenteed to be great and it only costs a meager 250 at launch
2. After that, buy a 360. By then it should be in the 350 range for the cheaper version. Also by then better games like lost planet should be out (because all the games with the exception of dead rising suck so far)
3. Last but not least buy the ps3. Wait till it lowers to about 400 and incredible games like resistance fall of man, mgs4, and devil may cry 3 are out

BUT... if you can only buy one system, purchase the ps3. Not only is it technically superior but it has the best game lineup.

The XBOX 360 because it lets you download free game demos and the 360 has the best Online gaming than PS3 or Wii and also Silly Rabbit Wii is for Kids.

I can't really say which next-generation console is the best. Everyone has their own opinions and beliefs of what they're "best" are. Each of the 3 companies offer their own unique styles and gameplay, and all of them have their equal strong points and weak points.

When it comes down to it, don't let people choose what system you should buy. Let YOU choose your system based on what kind of games and styles your interested and what it has to offer to you the most.

I personally am buying a Nintendo Wii console, and thats just it. I'm no hardcore gamer, just casual, although the Wii definetly has sparked my interest back to the old nostalgic days. I personally don't even have time to play all 3, yet alone one console since I go to college now. I'm choosing Wii because I've always been a Nintendo fan and I love the games and products they have to offer. That doesn't mean I'm close-minded about Sony and Microsoft though. They interest me much lesser, but I won't hesitate to play their games at a friends house or at an electronic store.

So like I said, there really is no universal "best" console out there. Choose the system that appeals to you most based on its features and what games it has to offer.

I'm going with the 360, because the Wii seems like new tech and new tech is always glitchy so I would wait before buying anything like that. The PS3 is supposed to have amazing graphics but it's going to be like 500$ or so when it comes out. Thus the 360 for 3 reasons:
1. Halo 3
2. Cheaper than PS3
3. Not too much new tech

the hot x720 is interior the subsequent years E3 and that i assume via 2013 this autumn itll be out so waiting a 300 and sixty 5 days is a challenge or purchase a x360 however the fee will pass heavily down whilst u want to sell it or as some ppl propesed a top high quality gaming computer will help u for 5 years yet maximum powerfull computer fee a million or 2 ok ps3 there isnt a havk for it if u do purchase it all of the hot pastime will ask u to replace and which will kill ur hack and no video games will artwork on the same time as wii is trouble-free to hack yet procuring it quite is going to be a lose of money bcz wiiu is popping out in 3 months my opinion could be an x 360 low fee,no longer so perplexing to hack,there are video games from now till the subsequent 2 years yet draw back of having an x isnt that it over heats its that theres a month-to-month subscription

your best waiting till all 3 come out, then let the "games" begin, and then in...ohhh, 3 years time, or 2010 at least the next gen machine will be out, and it'll cost a good £600 or so!!
