I would like to think of myself as a man of reason. However, recently my passions have much more control over what I do and who I am. This is not a position that is comfortable. That being said I have had times where I denied my passions quite effectively and going through the world with no joy or heartache is a cold and lonely place.

Hopefully one day I will find a nice balance between the two and be able to maintain it.

For far too long I listened only to the reasons and never to the true passions that I held, it nearly got the best of me. Now I try to be reasonable about the power of my passion. I listen to my heart but let my brain control the beat of it.

Passions hands down. My passions have always lead the way and they most likely always will.

My wife is the one that reasons things out. She considers herself lucky to have a passionate guy in the house.

Passions baby! I'm sick of listening to reason. People that listen to reason sit at home on Saturday nights and cry themselves to sleep while the passionate are out getting theirs! LOL

Hey, there's enough war 'out there,' so I sure don't need one inside me. I have a passion for reason and a reason for passion!
See- they balance each other out if you let them.
here's to peace!

Is it not passion a reason intensified by desire. I think reason that needs urgency is passion. It is one and the same with different flavorings. No winner.

For good or bad, reason. It just happened one day. I know I'm missing a lot, but I'm thankful most of the time.
