Please take this VERY seriously. Take her to the vet IMMEDIATELY.
This is probably the work of an Upper respiratory Infection. (URI)
They are common in Pet store guinea pigs. (Another reason for adopting from a shelter!!) Untreated URIS are fatal. Read Directly under for symptoms of a URI
Signs of a URI:
Refusal to eat or drink (anorexia)
No feces (as a result of not eating)
Labored breathing, wheezing
Sneezing, coughing
Crusty eyes, eyes that are almost sealed shut
Discharge from eyes or nose (read about normal Eyes)
Dull and/or receding eyes
Rough or puffed-up coat
Lethargy, hunched posture

See a vet immediately if you see any of these signs. Because URIs are so deadly and fast moving, it is imperative that the vet rules out a URI before considering the possibility of an allergy.

Hello,

If your piggy is, breathing hard and not moving much you need to see a veterinarian that deal with exotics, as soon as possible. piggy get really sick really fast, from what you are saying your piggy has an upper respiratory infection, URI can be treated easily if seen by a vet and given bytril, for 7 to 14 day, I help to run a guinea pig rescue call e Have-A-Heart, we see this all the time, and the bet advise I can give you is medical attention immediately

how old is she? if she is older than 5 or 6 then i would take her to the vet. It could be a number of problems maybe a tumor or something. Goodluck!

It sounds like she's very sick, probably with a respiratory infection. I agree with the others that told you to contact a vet.
