They were pretty bad, actually; but they weren't the ONLY bad ones. They are just the ones who are most picked on. The basic rule is, "War is hell." War and oppressive regimes bring evil to the surface and allow it to run free. The Nazis are a prime example of this, but there are others, dating back many years. It is easy to point one's finger at the Nazis and be done with it, but remember that many of those who became Nazis might not have done so had circumstances been different. Under the right circumstances, even the most seemingly upright person could turn "Nazi." This is why people must never lose sight of basic rules of good behavior and a good heart behind all.

well there was a deep point the nazis governemnt. What they were doing is aweful and inhuman, but from thier point of view, they were cleaning thier government and country and society from all people that were not german. This allowed Germans to have more work positions that were filled with immigrants. Now.... Nazis went wayyyy too toooo tooo tooo far with everything. If only they stayed withing their own country. In fact the same things are happening right now. People in Germany get great educations but are unable to find jobs because all positions are filled with immigrants that offer lower wages. Infact those lower wages are enough for those workers inorder to support thier families in other coutries. This is creating a huge conflict in the country, and in fact German's new young population is sitting on welfare right now. so my prediction for the future is not so happy, i am predicting that Germany will be taking hard actions. This is also reflected by their nature and nationalistic patriotism.

Even with the time gone by, 67 years, at that! there is no way of agreeing with that statement. That is why the Museums about the Holocaust, to remind the future generations what did occur. We wish that it were not so, unfortunately it was. Some of the Nazis were worse than others, and what the most important thing is, it needs to be forgiven, that life can go on. And we are to face out new challenge the terrorist, and new dictatorships.

It was the National Socialist Party of Germany.
The nickname (NAZI) and atrocities attributed to it were in the main committed by sections of the German military.under political instruction/orders.
Many ordinary people were in and voted for the NSP and in his early days (1932) as Chancellor Adolf Hitler dragged Germany out of terrible recession and made the country wealthy.
Created the Autobans, and the VW Beatle.
AH was a decorated soldier in WW1 (awarded the Iron Cross) but could not accept the terms of surrender concerning the lost territiories to France (Alcac region) and the German Sudetan land etc. His initial ambition was to recover the WW1 lost German territories.
The rest is history.

One important point is that Adolf. "The Twonk" Hitler was Austrian, not German!

I have never seen a biography about him entitled "The playful side of Adolf" or similar.

He was a lousy artist. His work was complete rubbish.

He would not be my first choice as Director for Social Services or Education.

He was not particularly bright but a good orator. Definately a used car salesman in the making.

Apart from being murdering parasitic scum, no they wern't that bad, they got unemployment under control and relieved the burden on their health services. They slaughtered everyone that wasn't healthy or didn't fit in or used them as slave labour and worked them to death.

Their idea of medical research was to do experiments on live adults and children, slight ethical problem there when you consider the Hypocratic oath......... First, do no harm! Lost something in translation methinks.

Yes, they were that bad!!!!

If you compare them to that crazy lot over in China under Mao, 30 million smoked. How about Uncle Joe Stalin, 20 burned. Or how about those kooks in the Khmer Rouge who roasted 2 million in one year. Those wacky clowns Castro and Che killed a few hundred thousand but they have their faces on t-shirts and hip New Yorkers like them so how bad can they be.

I guess when you look at it Hitler was a type b loser who could not cut the mustard with the big dogs. This guy was a boy scout

They killed a lot of Jews in very cruel ways. Concentration camps where they were strarved and gassed in a building that they were told was the showers. Some were operated on for an experiment such as filling a woman's uterus with concrete just to see what happened. Or removing a man's shoulders to see what would happen. They were evil. Hitler and various others were evil and very sick.

Yeah, you're right. Killing millions of innocent people - including women and children - simply because they were Jewish isn't so bad.

Come on. This isn't healthy controversy, it's stupidity and dishonorable to the survivors of the concentration camps.

According to some of these people, the Terrorist Muslims are the good guys and Bush is like Hitler. What a bunch of complete fools. If that were true, then they wouldn't want to live here! They would try to escape this horrible country ASAP! But they don't because they know they are a bunch of hypocritical liars spreading their bullcrap.

And I wonder How Germany likes it now that Muslims are multiplying like rodents in their country. I'm sure they hate Hitler for that alone. All those Jews would have kept the real threat out. Good Going Hitler, Now we've got Muslims, thanks a lot.
