I agree with everyone else, you should see a doctor. I have a couple of ganglion cysts in my arms and wrists. They are harmless, except for being a nuisance. They do cause some numbness on occassion.
Looking at your screen name, I would guess that you are female. It is important to keep a close eye on any lumps you would have in your upper arms, armpits, or chest. It may be something as simple as a ganglion cyst, or an infected lymph node. Still you need to take good care of yourself by having it checked by a physician.

You could have a Cist in your arm or you could have a blood Clot.. I would advise you to go see your doctor just in case it might get worse

It could be any number of things, such as a lipoma(harmless fatty tumor) Sometimes it presses on a nerve and makes your arm numb. Have it checked

i think the best thing for you to do is go visit your local doctor to check it out. they would know a lot more than regular people, and they may be able to cure it, depending on the condition

While it could simply be a "Fatty Cyst" (Which many people get), I would reccomend you go see a physician.
