Umm, you should try thinking?
When ice is warmed, it reverts back to water. So, no, it's not ice.
If anything gets cold, that doesn't change whether it is cold blooded or hot blooded. Reptiles that are cold blooded don't become warm blooded animals when they get warm, so why would a dog become cold blooded?

If ice get's warm it is called water. If a dog gets a cold, it is still warm bloded because a cold is actually a virus.

A dog is still referred to as a warm blooded animal long after its blood runs cold.
