It may as well be. So many people do it, not just looser either, and unless you have way lots of it and/or are causing a common nuisance the legal system sort of overlooks it

Yes. The whole rebelliousness of it would be gone and everyone would try it once or twice and not have to worry about getting a criminal record. Plus if it were to be legalized, it would get it out of the whole dangerous world of drug dealers and drug families that have destroyed and ended so many lives.

i think it should but there should be rules along with it... like dont do it b4 work or at work try to drive as little as possible while under the influence of it and things of that nature... sure some people can drive while high and others just cant.. lol
