Because when you wear a thong you can't see any unattractive panty lines on your booty. And.... because they are sexy, and guys usually find other underwear unattractive, and they feel better than granny panties do, because granny panties are always giving you wedgies! lol. I know it seems like a thong would be more annoying since its kinda up that area, but you don't even feel it. They are just alot better!

Women wear thongs for many reasons. The first reason was so that you could not see panty lines when wearing tighter pants.
Second reason would be because men love them; they are sexy.
Unfortunately overwearing thong underwear can be uncomfortable and give some women infections.
