Be careful here...people in jail have strange things happen to their emotions, they latch onto any form of kindness from outside...and any letters you write will be construed as a form of reigniting the past. IF you do not want to deal with him again, I suggest you keep your distance. He did the crime, not you. Keep it like that. Good luck

Let the sleeping dog lie! Who wants a boyfriend who's a jailbird?! I'm sure you can do better honey!! Find a nice guy who doesn't have a criminal record, OK? Good luck hon!

I think you have a self-esteem problem. You really need to let this dog (pun intended) go. He is in jail...that means he did something against the law to land there. Everything about this spells problems. No, don't write him, and if he writes to you, don't answer him.

Your ex is in jail?? This would be the best time for you to move on and find someone who is right for you. Your ex is an ex for a reason...Let him rot while you're out having fun!!

How long have you been broken up? What is he in jail for? If he has not been in contact with you for awhile, before he went to jail, then I would not suggest writing him. Do what you think is best. I don't know.

Depends on how you two broke up. Nothing wrong with writing him. But don't make him to dependant on you that your doing everything for him. Cause when he gets out, there's a chance he'll think nothing about you.

Cut all ties. He didn't care enough about you to stay out of jail so stay away.
