I have noticed that my hearing has gotten a lot worse.(I am only 19) When my co-workers, family...try to talk to me I always have to get them to repeat themselves usually a couple of times, and by this time we are both fustrated. My boyfriend keeps telling me that I am just not paying attention but I really am. Do you think this is serious? Do I need to get my ears checked? Im just afraid that I will need a hearing aid or something, and I dont have the extra money for something like that. please help if you can.

Yes, get checked, before it gets worse. It could be something as simple as wax build up or an ear infection. And if it's not then you need to find treatment as soon as you can so the problem doesn't worsen. Good Luck.

This is nothing to play with. Go see a doctor and have your hearing checked. If you need a hearing aid, there are programs to help pay for them.

i would get your hearing checked and if for some reason you are going deaf you have a few options...operation, hearing aid, or learn to read lips and use sign language.

yes you need to get it checked.because mybe on day you heard someting and you get hurt because you do not hear it on your left or right ear. Or mybe somebody asked you to Shut up. and you got in trouble.
