Well you left out 1 important point , do you even play organized football now ! If you do and you are good it will all take care of itself , if you don't play for a team you might want to start , also its a little early to worry about college football at this point .

You've got no chance if you're not playing in high school. 13 is not pretty early, you're already behind some kids. Some kids start playing Pop Warner Football at age 6. So get to work! Start playing and lifting now, build up your endurance and study football. Learn to recognize defensive formations and learn every trick you can from veteran players ahead of you. You'll pretty much have to give 110% effort from now until college to get a shot at a college starting job. Of course, the guys that get the starting jobs are the one's giving 110% anyway.

Fits of all, I have answered numerous questons like these and as far as I know you might be lying or telling the truth. Here are the cold hard facts:
1. Only .9% of NCAA football players end up having succesfull carrers in the NFL.
2. Over 12% of NCAA students are injured and end up quiting the team during their freshman year.
3. Practices are hard and demanding, so unless if your a genius don't expect to be majoring in Quantum Physics and playing quaterback for a school like Kansas State or Mamai.
4. You need to start lifting weights and working harder than ever, your already behind.
5. Their are millions of high school/middle school kids that are making big plays and lifting weights and working their *** off as we speak.
MAIN POINT...........................
START NOW IF YOU WANT TO PLAY IN THE NCAA DIVISON ONE OR LOWER....IT IS DEMANDING AND PAINFULL AND YOU WELL WANT TO QUIT BUT YOU HAVE TO HANG WITH IT AND WORK HARD!

Definately play high school football.
Start conditioning and building endurance and speed.
Start weight lifting/training. 13 is a good age to start. Don't start too heavy; work on form first, then go heavier.

to be honest it's wayy to early to tell. everybody in grammar school is pretty decent, unless your one of the fat kids who is on the team cuz his dad made him try out. you'll be able to tell once u reach high school. if u don't start on your high school team there's pretty much no way you're going to play in college. height and weight are important, but scouts care more about what you do on the field than how big you are, you can always get bigger. just keep working at it, liftin weights, stayin in shape, and you'll have a real good chance if u put up decent numbers in high school. good luck kid.

You will know a lot more by the time you are a junior in high school, you will be able to tell yourself if your good enough to play college ball, keep a positive attitude and do everything it takes to be good if that is your goal and if that isn't good enough then it wasn't meant to be.
