Three things:
The filter. If a filter is dirty, it will also less air to cross and slow down the flow.
Ice on coils. Usually sign of low freon, it can also act like a dirty filter.

The first thing to look at is the filter.
If that don't do it the problem isn't simple.

First and easiest... Check the filter and make sure it is "clean". Second, the blower motor may be going out. It may have a belt that may be slipping also.

some AC units have to be on a single line not shared with another plug. Its been snowing here and your asking about AC must be nice!!!!
