Three things:

First and easiest... Check the filter and make sure it is "clean". Second, the blower motor may be going out. It may have a belt that may be slipping also.

some AC units have to be on a single line not shared with another plug. Its been snowing here and your asking about AC must be nice!!!!

air blockage or your at the farthest vent from the AC and the system is not balanced.
