Tarot cards are for fortune telling. In general can be pretty accurate if the card reader knows what they are doing and has experience. Any and all 'outcomes' that are predicted in a tarot reading, are based on if you choose to stay on your current path. If you decide you don't like the 'outcome', ask how you can positively change it - and then change.

I prefer oracle cards. They are much easier to use, are always positive, and offer guidance to situations and insight as to the 'how' and 'why' - as opposed to the 'future'. Oracle's can tell the future sometimes, but the focus is on how to improve what you've got in your lap or what the issue is. They are great.

Tarot is for if all you want are facts - oracle's are more like a chat with a very good friend who can give incredibly great and accurate advice.

Hope this helps.

I do!

Over 20 years ago I was jolted into the mysterious and metaphysical world of the Super-Natural – I became the psychic junkie. I had asked for it. But I didn’t expect my initiation to be so life changing; I slowly followed the path as it was opened up to me, one guided step at a time. I was being lead along the way from some place unseen to my five earthly senses. All I had to go on were subtle whispers from within and the outer synchronicities I was able to read as signposts along the way. The direct results in reality have been amazing.

I’ve been a professional clairvoyant for many years, in all four corners of the world, using my psychic insight to guide others on their own unique journeys. http://www.psychic-junkie.com/

I do and I use them when needed to help my friends : )

The Tarot cards works on the energy of the person that shuffles them.
The messages they give is what the person already knows of consciously on subconsciously it helps to guide them and for them to be aware of situations around that person.

If you don't own a set of Tarot cards I would advise you buy a set and a book to help and guide you through difficult times

Nothing ventured nothing gained

To have an open mind is to have a healthy mind : )

Love & Blessings

Ok, do you want to know if people believe in the RESULTS from using tarot cards, or if people believe in what each individual tarot card stands for?
The results of tarot cards depends on who is reading them!

the question is, what do u mean by "believe"? i don't think it's a good idea to fully trust and believe in these things bcoz no one knows what the future holds.
the tarot is a tool to tap into ur inner knowledge which is deep within u and u r unaware of. it is a tool to strengthen ur intuition. the tarot does not give us any information that is "etched" on stone. it is basically an insturment that we project onto and create a story around. this story contains unconscious factors that run in our lives. when we project, we actually get to recognize them. it's a good tool to "consult" but what we choose to do concerning any situation is also an important factor.
if u r still curious, go to www.learntarot.com.
no one knows what the future holds, only The Man Upstairs knows it all.

Personally, I cannot see any reason why they would work. I can come up with possible reasons for for spell casting, voodoo, dowsing but no possible reason for tarot. Soooo, I had to try it. The cards said:

1. I would part (divorce) from my spouse. The obstacle between us - a dark haired woman with children. (he met her in a bar and the affair began).
2. Predicted pregnancy for a single friend 20 years old. (out came the baby carriage)
3. Predicted Danger by water for my dear friend John, 21 years old. He died by drowning.

This was several decades ago. I will not read tarot cards again.

Tarot cards can be very accurate - they are however dangerous because they are the work of Satan. My great-uncle read with accuracy and later became a Christian. The bible warns us against such things. God bless you. ~Nise~

i have some, and i'm not typically superstitious BUT they scare me. sometimes even just randomly pulling out a card and reading its interpretation can give you really scarily good insight into life. so, i respect the cards... and keep them in a little nook of my bookshelf. sounds crazy... but who knows.
