This is quite common, you shoudn't worry about it. Some guys react more to the embarrassment from the girl than any real concern for staying soft. Alcohol, exhaustion, drugs, etc, can keep you soft when you don't want to be. Getting rest and exercise will put you in great shape for sex.

It is if your gay... lol The few times I tried it with a girl I had the same thing happen. But every now and then, even with a guy it can still happen.
It all boils down to chemistry between you and the other person. Either it's there or it's not. And certain body parts tend to have a mind of their own, if you know what I mean... )

You did not mention your age. Yes this does happen form time to time. Nervous? Been drinking? Lots of factors.
