this isnt a real problem hes trained his mind to give rather than recieve i did that when i was younger try this he after foreplay ,start sex inside just an inch then after staying like that for awhile while teasing and kissing each other he puts a little more in and more foreplay and kissing then some more inside see when he hits bottom at last then both of you will be screaming for a release

This is not your issue, it's his. There is nothing for you to do. He has to slowly switch his pleasure from masturbating to intercouse. If not, he'll continue to please you without cumming. You can just accept this condition, and help him get off after intercouse.
