Clinique Continuious Coverage is the best concealer I've ever used. It will cover Anything. You are in control of the coverage with the amount you use.

Broken Capillaries, especially on the face are a cosmetic problem. Try Vein away-thread vein treatment (around £19.95) I believe Elizabeth Arden do a foundation for BURNS victims and it gives excellent coverage, why not pop into your local Boots and have a chat, it may help..

Karen J's got it - DermaBlend is the answer to just about any concealing issue. I use it to cover up my birthmark under my left eye. It's amazing -- it's light enough to move with you and look natural under any lighting, but it's powerful enough to even cover up my tattoos.
If you can find a shop near you that sells it, the sales rep will be glad to assist you in your first application. It just takes a little bit of practice.
Good luck!

Try mineral makeup. It is light but covers spots.
puritycosmetics.co.uk is a good brand.
