Pregnancy symptoms differ from woman to woman and pregnancy to pregnancy; however, one of the most significant pregnancy symptoms is a delayed or missed menstrual cycle. Understanding pregnancy symptoms is important because each symptom may be related to something other than pregnancy. Some women experience pregnancy symptoms within a week of conception. For other women, symptoms may develop over a few weeks or may not be present at all. Below is a listing of some of the most common pregnancy symptoms.
Implantation Bleeding:
Implantation bleeding can be one of the earliest pregnancy symptoms. About 6-12 days after conception, the embryo implants itself into the uterine wall. Some women will experience spotting as well as some cramping.
Other Explanations: Actual menstruation, altered menstruation, changes in birth control pill, infection, or abrasion from intercourse.
Delay/Difference in Menstruation:
A delayed or missed menstruation is the most common pregnancy symptom leading a woman to test for pregnancy. When you become pregnant, your next period should be missed. Many women can bleed while they are pregnant, but typically the bleeding will be shorter or lighter than a normal period. This symptom is commonly explained by other reasons. If you have been sexually active and have missed a period, it is recommended that you take a test

there are about three days that you ovulate, it's usually about a week or so after your period. if you are 3 days or more past the day you expected your period to start a pregnancy test should be correct, especially the ept test. When i got pregnant i got tests from the doller store and they showed posative just as quick as the other ones. If you are still showing negative after a week, I'm sure you're not. You could also just go to planed parenthood and they test you for free. I think I had a small period the first month I was pregnant, and it was brown and defanitly different.

The weird period you are having may be implantation bleeding. What I would do is wait a week and test again. If the result is still negative than I would wait until next month and see if you get your period. If you do, than this month was probably just a strange period if you don't, go to the Dr. and have a blood test drawn.

Hi, its possible sweetie, you may be pregnant....those over the counter pregnancy tests are not really accurate in detecting any signs of pregnancy. The best way to find out is to set up an appointment with a doctor immediately to really find out if you are pregnant or not. Planned Parenthood is an excellent place to go. They keep your information confidential and some places offer free pregnancy tests...but before you go call your local planned parenthood and find out info before you go.

If you really think you are pregnant then make an appointment with your doctor and request a blood test that will be the most accurate way to detect early pregnancy.

I suggest you go to a trusted doctor or clinic for a real pregnancy test. It could just be odd discharge or there's a great chance you are pregnant. I have a feeling that you are.

You have got some good answers but let me remind you that unless you are sure you can trust this man and that you are ready to be a mother, you should be using birth control and practicing safe sex.

You should go to your bogon, you didn't mention pain so I am left assuming there is none, but what you described could also the symptoms of an ectopic pregnancy, better safe than sorry. Good luck
