I went to gamestop and bought NFL HEAD COACH for PC and i tried to install it and when I try to install it this box pops up saying " ERROR CANNOT READ DISK" or something similar to that!!! its a brand new game with no scratches on it!!! What do I do!?

There is either a problem with your computer or the game has an internal defect.
If the game has an internal defect, there is nothing you can do about it.
I had one like that and it had an internal defect.

exchange it or return it or something. If you have a newer operating system, then you should be fine.
