I can hear everyone in the conference and they can't hear me?

this can be caused by mic been muted, not configured correctly, i would check the mic is plugged into correct socket, then double click on the mic icon bottom right near click and choose properties then record and then make sure mic is not muted
if its not that, then u need to check out the program settings.

Most of the time the mic mutes its self . right click on the speaker icon in right hand Conner .. select the open volume control if there is a check box for mic unchecked raise the mic level and talk into it .. you should hear ya self ..
