It can be cut or ripped, but it cannot have a break in it. I cannot use tape or glue or anything else to put it back together. I cannot use a picture of myself either, it actually has to be me.

Fold it in half. Make cuts from alternating sides perpendicular to the fold, as close as you can without joining a previous cut. Then, unfold and cut all but the outer strips along the fold. With care, you'll have a continuous piece of paper large enough to pass over your body. I hope I didn't tell you something that you were supposed to figure out by yourself.

How do you put yourself inside a soda bottle? Write 'yourself' on another 3x5 notecard, roll it up, and stuff it inside.

Fold it in half and cut almost all the way across in maybe 10 separate lines. Then on the other side cut between each of those line almost all the way across. Then open it up.

Do a search on the internet, you'll find it. Basically, you fold the card in half, make cuts from each side and it makes a big circle when you open it.

Science is based on scale, and you forgot yours. So make it a 3x5 foot note card.

You can just put yourself in the internet and make it smaller and then print it.
