How can I create a campaign ad of modern moral and political philosophies?

Well, historical & modern philsophies are essentially the same. Your best bet is to pick a moral issue which you are passionate about, pick the policital party which is best suited to support you in that issue, and campaign on what is best for the people you represent.

And of course, if/once elected, follow through.
