it may only be illegal if you light a cigarette and burn the house down, of course, the subject inhaling the gas will be burned to a crisp so charges cannot be brought upon a dead person.
inhalants of any sort, weather they are obtained legally or not
if caught under the influence are subject to the same law as being under the influence.

depends on the state your in. most people dont care about that, but you should.you will be sorry when you are brain damedistly . yes that how you will think.if you keep it up, are they do.
