We went to Stoupa (Greece, mainland) a few years ago, during the world cup 2002.
I can't explain why this holiday was so special, but I have so many fantastic memories of our children either playing football on the beach or jumping off the pier or making music out of snorkels. there were so many other children who had a great sense of humour it made it so special and fun. The whole atmosphere was great and the kids loved every moment.
They still talk about the holiday now, even though we have been to many places since.

Family camping holidays when I was very little.
Coz every day was so exciting.
Even the sand filled sandwiches on the beach.
Having to pee outside the tent in the night with my Mom holding a torch.
Finding Glow Bugs in the hedge.
Sleeping so well coz of all the fresh air...
And the sun always shone!
Not like like anymore!

i have two best holidays
1. ive been to Malta 4 times and i always loved it there. when i was 9 i went with my mum and grandma. its so beautiful there the thing that i remember the most is sitting outside of MacDonald's eatting our burgers basically on the beach!. but what makes it one of my best holidays is that was the last holiday i went on with my grandma. sadly though i haven't been back there since.
2. i've been to spain 3 times.but when i went to salou/cambrills (near barcalona) with my parents when i was 12 we went to portaventura and its the most fun i remember having with my dad. my dad and i couldn't stop going on the rollercoasters and anything that was like one. there was also an aquopolis(waterpark) and we all had fun there on the water slides.
i cant choose which is my best holiday cos ive got great memories from both.

MIne was a two week all inclusive holiday in Mexico, we went to Playa Del Carmen, it was beautiful, the sea was crystal clear, sandy beaches and our comlex was lovely and clean with fab food, I think it was called the hotel Allegro or something like that. We had little appartments with thatched roofs and even a hammock on our balcony.
There was also a fab wildlife park we went to called xcaret, never seen anything like it before, it's worth going back there for!

My wonderful holiday to Vienna. Do you know in Europe everything is so close. I live in Australia and I just couldn't believe you can travel to another country in less time you get from one end of Sydney to another end of Sydney. To me that just doesn't make sense! Vienna is so central that I could go to say Budapest for the day and Milan for shoe shopping and various other things just to do wacky things. I even took my cousin to Slavakia just for a hair cut. Isn't that random!

One week ago in Polperro, Cornwall, England.
The weather was good (for October!) and it was out of school holidays so no squalling brats.
Heavenly. The pubs, shops, cafes had enough people to make them interesting but no crowds.
Can't wait to get back...

When I was 17 I went to the taitian islands with my mom and my cousin. It was a incredible experience, I was able to experience the culture, the difference in everyday living, and the beauty that surrounds us and how we often dont take the time out to see it. Tahiti, Moorea, Huhahine, and Bora-Bora are the islands I went to, they were spectacular. Loved it, hope to go back soon!

The only one I ever went on. I was 6 years old, and we went to Hawaii for a family reunion and stayed on a cruise ship. It was great.
